We are currently looking for a friendly, self-motivated and hard working person to join our team. The successful candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist
with a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to work at a high level where continuous improvement is expected. If intereted then we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing general duties including photocopying, filing and scanning
Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Entering data and documents into custom database
Think on the spot for time sensitive solutions
Creating, formatting and editing documents
Perform any other duties as assigned
Monitoring and keeping records

What you'll need to succeed:

Great attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
1-2 years of previous data entry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Able to work both individually and within a team environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
